Thank you for your query. At this stage statements are available as Excel files only. However, you can download transactions in several different formats.
Please do the following to download your transaction history using Internet Banking:
1: Log on to Internet Banking and select the account you wish to download transactions for.
2: This will display a brief history of the account selected. Near the bottom of the page is a link to 'Download' your transactions. Click on this link.
3: A new window will open where you can choose the file type and date range for your transactions. Kiwibank provides four different file types
- Comma Separated Values (CSV)
- Open Financial Exchange (OFX)
- Moneys (OFC)
- Quicken/MYOB (QIF)
Once these are selected click on the 'Select' icon.
4: A save window will open and you will be asked for the location to save the file.
Note: We are aware of a small problem with OFX downloads in cases where an ampersand (&) appears in the memo field (eg, if one of the transactions is for paying a joint account like JA & JB Bloggs). We are working to resolve this but in the meantime the OFX file would need to be edited using a text-editor like Notepad. Customers would either need to remove the ampersand from any memo field, or alternatively replace the ampersand with it's HTML equivalent: &
For example: JA & JB Bloggs
The other alternative is to download your transaction history in QIF format.
