Dear Jason,
Thank you for your query. Your statements should be sent in pdf file format. If you would like to download transactions into MS Excel, you would usually do this in csv file format.
Please do the following to download your transaction history using Internet Banking:
1: Log on to Internet Banking and select the account you wish to download transactions for.
2: This will display a brief history of the account selected. Near the bottom of the page is a link to 'Download' your transactions. Click on this link.
3: A new window will open where you can choose the file type and date range for your transactions. Kiwibank provides four different file types
- Comma Separated Values (CSV)
- Open Financial Exchange (OFX)
- Moneys (OFC)
- Quicken/MYOB (QIF)
- Open Financial Exchange (OFX)
- Moneys (OFC)
- Quicken/MYOB (QIF)
Once these are selected click on the 'Select' icon.
4: A save window will open and you will be asked for the location to save the file.
If you have any further queries, please contact us on the applicable number listed below between 7am - 9pm from Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, or ask a question using our online help tool at: http://kiwibank.custhelp.com

kia ora, greetings,
just writing to check whether there is any reason from that side why my monthly bank statements in .xml format will not open in Excel for Mac?
Or is there a special filter I need to install for Kiwibank .xml ?
Excuse the stupid questions , )
